I started out pouring steps and patching walks for neighbors in Hoboken on weekends, and the side jobs kept coming until I turned them into a business in 2017. Did the water run back toward the house? Usually the answer was under the slab, not on top of it.
That's still how we work at Premium Hoboken Concrete. Once you contact us, I come out to look at your job myself and work out the tricky parts before anyone mixes concrete. Our crew lead then runs the work on site, following the plan we talked through.
An estimate that shows the base
Your free estimate spells out the work you can't see later: the base, the drainage and the control joints, cuts that steer where cracks form. Some cracking is normal, and we'll say so up front.
City steps sorted out first
We check with the city on what your job calls for, pull the permits that fall to us and flag early if plans or another approval come first. You'll know the order before anything goes on the calendar.
