Who we are and what this policy covers

Premium Hoboken Concrete is a concrete contractor in Hoboken, NJ. We pour and repair driveways, patios, sidewalks, steps, slabs and foundations for homeowners and property owners in Hoboken and the cities around it. You can read more about our crew and how we work on our About page.

This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, call us, email us or fill out our contact form. It also covers how we use that information, how long we keep it and what choices you have. It applies only to our website and our own dealings with you, not to other sites we link to.

Information you give us

Most of what we know about you comes from you, when you ask for an estimate or a question answered. That usually means your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, and a description of the job, such as a cracked driveway or a new patio. If you send photos of the work area, we keep those too.

Our contact form is hosted by an outside form service, so what you type into it is stored by that service and passed to us. When you call (201) 502-5351 or email us, we keep a record of the conversation so we can follow up and quote the right job.

You don't have to give us any of this to look around the site. We only need it to reply to you, visit the property and give you a price.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours may collect basic technical details when you visit. These can include your browser type, device type, the pages you look at, how long you stay, the site that sent you to us and a general location based on your internet address. We use this to see which pages people find useful and to fix pages that don't work well.

We may use cookies, which are small files your browser saves, along with similar tools from analytics providers. They help the site load properly and let us count visits without needing to know who you are. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work for reading pages and contacting us.

How we use your information

We use what you give us to reply to your request, set up and carry out estimate visits, schedule and do the work, send invoices, and answer questions after the job is done. We may also use it to keep records we need for our business, taxes or insurance.

We use the technical information described above to keep the site running, understand how visitors use it and improve it. We don't use your information to make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't trade it to other businesses for their marketing.

We share it only when we need to. That includes the outside services that run our contact form, website, email and analytics, which handle data for us and not for their own purposes. It can also include suppliers or subcontractors working on your job, who get only what they need, such as the job address. We'll also share information if the law requires it or if it's needed to protect our rights, our crew or the public.

How long we keep it

We keep contact details and job records for as long as we need them to answer your request, finish and stand behind the work, and meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations. If you reached out and we never did a job for you, we keep your details only as long as they're useful for following up, then delete them.

Analytics data is kept in summary form, and the providers we use keep it for their own set periods.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we need to keep something to finish a job, meet a legal obligation or settle a dispute, and we'll tell you if that's the case.

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Depending on the state you live in, the law may give you more rights over your information, and we'll honor those requests when they apply.

To make any of these requests, reach us through our contact page or call (201) 502-5351. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we change or share any records, so your information doesn't go to the wrong person.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, and we limit who on our team can see it. No website, email or phone system is completely secure, though, so please don't send things like bank account or card numbers through the contact form or by email.

Children's information

Our site and services are meant for adults who own or manage property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us their information, let us know and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or the way we work changes. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page, and it applies from the day it's posted.

Questions or privacy concerns

If you have a question about this policy or a concern about how we've handled your information, tell us and we'll look into it. You can send a message through our contact page or call (201) 502-5351, Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 11 PM and weekends from 8 AM to 9 PM. We reply within 1 business day.
